Afraid of Failing?

By Marty Nemko

When you procrastinate because you fear failure, think of this. At a famous hospital, when the chief of staff greets each year's new interns, he says something like, "Each of you will kill someone--and you're entitled to. There's no way to become a doctor without practicing on patients."
