Could You Manage a Career on Campus?

A college campus is a great place to be a manager. Who can resist a beautiful environment, intelligent people, learning opportunities all around you, a pro-social mission, and work hours that tend to be more moderate than in the private sector? Not to mention that things really lighten up between terms and all summer. A downside is that office politics are particularly vicious on many college campuses. And political correctness is epidemic--how ironic that colleges, traditionally clarion callers for free speech are today among its greatest censors.
