An Easy Way to Get More Efficient

Sometimes when people complain of having too much to do, the problem is that they're inefficient.

What can you do today?
Here's a possible cure. List the tasks that take up the most time in your life, in and outside of work. For each task, ask yourself, "Can I delegate this? Can I do it less perfectionistically without causing significant problems? Can I forego the task altogether? If there are tasks you'd like to do more efficiently but can't figure out how, ask an efficient friend how he'd approach it.
