Raise Your IQ Instantly

By Marty Nemko

When I'm facing a problem that requires every IQ point, I think about it while walking or showering. I'm sure I make more progress that way. Why? Because both activities increase circulation to the brain. I cannot, however, think as well when jogging. It may be that the demands of running cause a net decrease of oxygen to the brain. I keep a pad and pencil next to my tub and at least once per shower, usually more, I reach out to write some new idea. This may give a whole new meaning to "getting into hot water."
